Australian Black Truffle (Manjimup)

- $30 flat rate, est.1-2 days via Australia Post Express with cold blocks. Delivery times and days subject to Australia Post.
- We use Australia Post Express to deliver your order. You will receive a text tracking message from Australia Post once your order has shipped. Tracking may be limited in some areas.
- Truffles are highly perishable and must be kept cold. To minimise risk we recommend that you arrange to be at the delivery address when your order is expected to arrive or that you collect from the post office on the same day. Please see returns & refunds policy.
The amount of truffle your need really depends on the dish and personal preference of how decadent you want to go. Some think a subtle approach is best, others prefer to go all out. We've put together some guidelines below. Truffles are at their best consumed within 7-14 days so keep this in mind when planning how you'll use.
The Sensible Truffle Lover
- 3-5g per person, per dish
- 30g for a generous 3 course truffle dinner for 2 and leftovers truffle for brekky
The Decadent Truffle Lover
- 5-10g per person, per dish
- 80g for a decadent 3 course truffle dinner for 2, leftovers for brekky and some truffle butter to keep you going
The No-Holds-Barred Truffle Lover
- 5-10g per person, per dish
- 150g for a crazy 3 course truffle dinner for 2, leftovers for brekky, Sunday lunch and some truffle filled Camembert and truffle butter to keep you going
The Decadent Truffle Entertainer
- 250g for a decadent truffle dinner party for 6. Enough to make a truffle filled Camembert for everyone to take home and some truffle butter for yourself.
The King and Queen of Truffle Entertainers
- 350g for a no-holds-barred truffle dinner party for 6 and truffle scrambled eggs for everyone in the morning. Enough to make a truffle filled Camembert and roll of truffle butter for everyone to take home.
- Truffle is at it's best if consumed within 7-14 days, presuming it's kept in ideal conditions.

Butter

Australian Truffle Traders strives to deliver all orders in prime condition however we take no responsibility for goods after they have left our premises.
We cannot exchange or refund purchases due to their perishable nature. Any concerns must be reported via email within 24 hours of package receipt along with a photo of the issue.
Loss & Damage
Truffles are a delicate product which is why we pack them with care and ship them with cold packs. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once goods are despatched. If an order is lost in transit, orders will not be replaced until such time as the original order has been located and returned to us.
Australia Post do their best, however given the perishable nature of truffles, they cannot take responsibility for products that may have been affected by temperatures and deliveries that haven’t met their delivery service standards.
To minimise risks we recommend that you arrange to be home when your order is expected to arrive or that you collect from the post office on the same day.
